Ordering & payment

Placing an order could not be easier. You can order online by clicking the “BUY NOW” button beneath the piece of furniture you wish to purchase. 

Some furniture items come in more than just one finish and size; please ensure that where there is an option to choose from you order the correct finish, for example mahogany and the correct size, ie. 3ft Bed. Details will be shown on the pull down menu.

You are able to view the items in your ‘CART’ as you shop. When you have completed your shopping click on the "CHECKOUT” button.

The next step is for you to ‘Sign in’.  If you are a new customer you will need to complete personal details, such as name and address, etc. New Customers should press the “CONTINUE” button.

Existing customers please press the “SIGN IN” button.  By creating an account with easyfurniture.co.uk you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on your order status and keep track of orders you have previously made.

You may then enter your personal information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server.  Alternatively you can print out the order form and fax it to us on 0121 505 3968.  Should you wish to speak directly to a member of our Sales staff, please dial 0121 505 3968

Acknowledgement of Orders

 

Once your furniture order has been placed, an e-mail will be forwarded to you confirming that your order is being processed.  Please check the details carefully to ensure that all information is correct. Should an Acknowledgement not be received please contact sales@easyfurniture.co.uk. Please note that it is also advisable to print the final order confirmation page following the placement of your order, and also make a note of your order number.

What methods of payment do we accept?

 

Paying online is simple. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa,  Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchase, Solo and Switch.  

 

Sorry, but we do not accept American Express or  Diners Club.

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%.

Delivery

 

How will my order be delivered to me?

 

The prices shown on our Website include home delivery anywhere within mainland Britain, except to IV, KW and some PA postcodes where a small additional charge will be applicable.  This will be advised prior to delivery taking place. We deliver your furniture straight to your door using either our own fully trained furniture delivery staff or by a specialised national home delivery company. Smaller items may be delivered by using local parcel services.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver free to a nominated mainland address in Great Britain. For example a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and also the manufacturer. Each item in our range has its own unique delivery time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of.   Where possible when more than one item is ordered we will deliver at the same time.

Returns Policy

What if Goods are faulty on arrival? 

Easyfurniture.co.uk does everything possible to ensure that our furniture is sent out in perfect condition, extensive quality checks are adhered to. However, in the unlikely event that your goods do arrive faulty please e-mail easyfurniture.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for the goods to be collected and a replacement delivered.

What if Goods are damaged in transit?

It is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect the goods for damage BEFORE signing for receipt of goods. If you are unhappy with the condition of the merchandise you should inform the driver and refuse delivery. Unfortunately, once you have provided written acceptance for the goods it is almost impossible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the courier.

What is our warranty policy?

All of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. These vary in length but are for a minimum of one year. Specifics on getting warranty service will depend on the item, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer and your location. Further details on manufacturer’s warranties will generally be attached when you get your new furniture. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy & Site Security

We understand that many people still worry about submitting personal details on the Internet - especially their credit/debit card numbers. So we would like to reassure you that any information you provide will remain safe and secure. We are committed to protecting your privacy.  In certain areas of our website we will ask you to provide personal details such as your name and email address. This will only happen when it enables us to provide a better service to you.  We will not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders unless you agree in advance.
