How will my order be delivered to me?

 

The prices shown on our Website include home delivery anywhere within mainland Britain weekdays only, except to IV, KW and some PA postcodes where an additional charge will be applicable.  This will be advised prior to delivery taking place.

We deliver your furniture straight to your door using either our own fully trained furniture delivery staff or by a specialised national home delivery company. Smaller items may be delivered using local parcel services. Weekend deliveries are available but incurr an additional delivery charge please call us for a quote.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands we will deliver free to a nominated mainland address in Great Britain. For example a port. Onward shipping from that point is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and also the manufacturer as each item in our range has its own unique delivery time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of.   Where possible when more than one item is ordered we will deliver at the same time.

Furthermore should you have a problem with your furniture delivery we will guarantee to sort it just as soon as is possible, we value our customers and want you to come back!
